The Wonder Girls to perform on “so you think you can dance” : After opening for the Jonas Brothers on their tour, it seems the Wonder Girls are making a big impression on US audiences. Despite the fact that a lot of K-Pop fans don’t think they, of all the bands, deserve it, this group is becoming the ambassador for K-Pop–at least to America. An appearance next week on American TV will surely seal the deal.

Pop sensation Wonder Girls sold over 30,000 copies of their debut single “Nobody” during the week of October 11 earning them the No. 76 position with a bullet on the Hot 100. This is the first time ever a music group from South Korea has debuted on the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart. South Washington County Schools

The South Washington County school district will not change start times this school year to fix transportation problems, Superintendent Mark Porter said in a statement Thursday.

Elementary school children were waiting about 10 minutes at the end of the day while buses finished taking middle school students home. Officials contracted 10 additional buses in October to temporarily solve the problem, and they were considering moving middle school start times up by 10 or 15 minutes starting in January.

However, responses from a community survey were inconclusive, and any changes will not be made until the start of the 2010-11 school year, Porter's statement said.

Middle schools currently start at 7:55 a.m. New schedules were set across the district this fall to accommodate the opening of a third high school and the conversion of junior highs to middle schools and because of research that shows high school students benefit from later start times. via

The US Air Force on Tuesday confirmed for the first time that it is flying a stealth unmanned aircraft known as the "Beast of Kandahar," a drone spotted in photos and shrouded in secrecy.

The RQ-170 Sentinel is being developed by Lockheed Martin and is designed "to provide reconnaissance and surveillance support to forward deployed combat forces," the air force said in a brief statement.

The "RQ" prefix for the aircraft indicates an unarmed drone, unlike the "MQ" designation used for Predator and Reaper aircraft equipped with missiles and precision-guided bombs. via

Tiger Woods Breaking News

Last night a middle-aged blond woman was rushed to the hospital from Tiger Woods $2.6 Windermere, Florida home with another younger blond woman following behind in a black Cadillac Escalade. An Orange County Fire Department spokesperson tried to dismiss the address as Tiger Woods. However, the woman rushed to Health Central Hospital in Ocoee did come from Tiger's address.

The report surrounding Tiger Woods' 911 call has not been confirmed. It is rumored that Tiger made the call himself. However, this rumor is seriously doubted. Until the 911 call is confirmed as to who phoned for emergency assistance, no one truly knows who dialed.

Health Central Hospital in Florida was the same hospital that Tiger was seen after his one vehicle (SUV) accident into a fire hydrant. Tiger Woods has two vehicles, an Escalade being one. The Escalade is only one digit off of the vehicle Tiger was driving on the night of his accident. The driver of the Escalade later left the hospital in a SUV. more
